STORE POLICIES

  • Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: All sales are final through this site. We do not accept returns of perfectly functioning modules. As a small 2 person team, our primary focus is on building a limited run of modules. But if you have an issue with functionality, we do stand by our work. See our warranty section for more info.

  • Q: What are your production / shipping times?

A: We’re a small operation, so please allow for a 2 week lead time on all orders. If possible we will ship sooner. Typical shipping times are between 5-10 business days. Online sales are limited to U.S. domestic shipping. If you live outside of the U.S. please contact us via email with your desired order and country of origin, and we will arrange purchase directly. Email: technologicsynthculture@gmail.com

  • Q: What is your Warranty?

A: We offer a 1 year limited warranty on our modules for manufacturer defects from the date of original purchase. The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, broken parts due to negligence, or damage due to running at improper power levels. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, both ways. We will request payment via PayPal when the unit is ready for return shipping. Be aware that the warranty is voided if anyone other than TECHNO LOGIC has modified or repaired the device in any way. Proof of purchase required.

  • Q: I just purchased a module through this website and I think something is wrong with it.

A:  All of our modules are tested, and are in working order, before we ship them. If you believe your device is defective, contact us immediately and we will troubleshoot with you to figure out what the problem might be. We are a small, 2 person operation who put a lot of care into our work. We want you to be happy with your new device, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of any issues right away.
